(2)The entire cache of salvaged woodwork, windows and doors from a period torn down school.
(3) The vision to do something monumental and create a working art center.
(4) Combine the above with lots of metal walls and ceilings, 2YRS. And thousands of hours, and lots of $$$$$$$$$$.
YOU GET
A great recession.
A town that doesn’t want your idea.
You now see you have created a work of art that will most likely be destroyed.
Hopefully the salvage will be salvaged.
